How do I connect my Amazon seller account?
From your SellerPipe dashboard, click "Add seller account" and you'll be redirected to Seller Central to authorize SellerPipe via Amazon's SP-API. Once you approve, we exchange a one-time code for a refresh token, store it encrypted, and start the first sync within a few minutes.
What data does SellerPipe sync?
Standard SP-API reports: orders, sales, FBA inventory, settlements, financial events, listings, returns, and (for Brand-Registry-enrolled sellers) Brand Analytics datasets. We can also enable Amazon Advertising data — Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Attribution.
Where does my data live?
In your own BigQuery project. SellerPipe writes directly to the dataset you specify; we don't operate a separate warehouse for your data. You keep full ownership and can revoke our access at any time.
How do I disconnect or delete my data?
From the dashboard, click "Disconnect account" on the seller you want to remove — this revokes the SP-API refresh token immediately. To delete the data SellerPipe has already loaded, email us at support@sellerpipe.xyz with your account details and we'll process it within 7 days.
Which marketplaces do you support?
US, UK, DE, FR, IT, ES, JP, CA, IN, and MX. If your seller account spans multiple of these marketplaces, SellerPipe will pull data from all of them under one connection.
Is my data shared with anyone?
No. We never resell seller data and we never share it with third parties you haven't explicitly authorized. If you grant access to another app via SellerPipe's app-delegation feature, that app's access is scoped, logged, and revocable from your dashboard.
